What you are paying for in a lead. We go through the filings and put up the ones worth your time – new builds, additions, ADUs and whole-house work. Water heaters, re-glazes and like-for-like swaps do not make it here. Each one shows which trades the job actually needs, with the owner already matched to it. And whichever trade you take is yours: a list you pull yourself is a list every one of your rivals can pull too.
A lead is priced by the job behind it. A re-roof is not a new house, and it does not cost the same to take.
Nothing here locks you in. The subscription stops when you say so, and a lead you have bought stays yours whether you subscribe or not.
