This includes but is not limited to deepfakes, voice synthesis, or image generation. Such usage is strictly forbidden and may result in legal consequences, including claims for violation of publicity rights and intellectual property infringement.

12. Termination of Access

All disputes will be settled through confidential binding arbitration in Park County, Wyoming, under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any rights to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
